At Bloomers of La Jolla, we’re dedicated to providing you the highest quality product available.  We also have a stringent commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction.  We’ve been in the La Jolla Village for over 25 years and we’re growing!  We believe in our products and services and it’s our mission to ensure each customer is getting the best value possible for their dollar.  Each order that comes into our shop is cared for on an individual basis and is thoughtfully hand crafted by our talented designers.  We offer our customers the opportunity to make the recipient feel very special in that they are receiving a unique and personal gift that was designed with them in mind.  We know that the sender’s message, whether it’s one of love, thanks, praise or sympathy comes across in each bouquet and it makes the recipient’s day.

 

As the owner of Bloomers of La Jolla, I personally have been in the floral industry for over 15 years and I love what I do.  I am committed to my business, its growth and my customers’ happiness.  I truly believe in the quote from Albert Schweitzer, “Success is not the key to happiness.  Happiness is the key to success.  If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”  I hope my customers can feel that in the shop's energy when they walk in the door and over the phone!

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may subject to change.)

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.

When you visit our website, we also collect some basic information that does not identify individual users. We use this information to determine our users demographics and interests, so that we can better understand and serve our users.
